The New Zealand pine hardwoods are Kiln Dried prior to construction, to ensure a high degree of strength and durability to handle life’s journey.

Cushions & Seating

The Range features a Mix Blend, Down Fill combined with Poly Dacron Fibre and high density memory foam, to create the ultimate, sensual sofa experience.

Care & Clean

DIRT & SPOT CLEANING: Gently wipe with wet paper towel and water. Mild cleaning agent, including those with mild bleach such as Clorox wipes, are allowed and recommended for use to remove dirt and scuff marks. When dirt & scuff marks are too heavy, proceed to dry cleaning/ machine washing since spot cleaning will worsen the marks.
Dry Clean: Professional, mild process dry cleaning in tetrachloroethene, hydrocarbons, and all solvents.
Machine Wash at Home: Use delicate setting, with cold/ warm water. Use any gentle soap. Recommended to avoid bleach since soap is able to remove most dirt and marks.

No Dryer Allowed: Air dry only. Dryers may create fabric shrinkage and piling. No heat tumble dry (air only) is allowed.

The Cloud features removable & washable covers for easy cleaning & maintenance. Our feather cells, are encased in quilt style bags, to keep feathers secure, and in place for when you need to clean up your mess, or someone else's
