Cancellation
Customers can request to cancel their order before receiving a tracking number. A cancellation can only be requested via Email( support@intuitiondecor.com).If the cancellation request is made within this timeframe, no additional fees will be incurred, and a full refund will be provided. No cancellations are allowed after the order in transit.

Payment Terms

For Affirm and Afterpay financing, your agreement is directly with that provider and subject to their own terms and credit approval process — not this agreement.
Custom Orders
Custom orders — sofas built to your selected fabric, size, or configuration — are manufactured specifically for you after a 1-business-day confirmation window. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping damage, as detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We strongly recommend ordering free fabric swatches before placing a custom order to confirm your color and material choice.
Shipping & Transfer of Title
Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where we have expressly agreed to insure the shipment — in which case we bear responsibility for damage or loss until delivery, as described in our shipping and returns policies.
