Customer creates and uploads User-Generated Content (UGC) including videos, photos, and relevant links by clicking the "UPLOAD NOW" button below.

4. Content Review by Website Team

The team reviews the submitted content within 7 business days, ensuring the content meets the quality and guideline standards. Feedback or approval is sent to the customer via email.

5. Reward Details Confirmed

After approved, the website team will contact you to confirm the details of your reward, like the color of the custom-made covers.

6. Reward Received

For free Custom Slipcovers, covers will be shipped after production,generally within 8-12 weeks; For store credit, credit will be applied to the user's account for future purchases.
