Our Production: Quality comes first
Frame Construction
Our furniture frames are built using kiln-dried, solid timber to ensure exceptional durability and longevity. To enhance structural integrity, we incorporate engineered wood—laminated layers of wood that reinforce the hardwood frame. For added strength, frames are secured with corner blocks, industrial-grade staples, and high-quality furniture glue. Every frame is backed by our limited frame warranty, applicable to the original owner and delivery address.
The kiln-drying process prevents warping and mildew. Most of our sofas feature a slight "pitch" in the seat and back sections, creating a comfortable, supportive angle that allows you to relax naturally. This pitch is an engineered design element and not visible externally.
Suspension
Our frames are fitted with high-tension sinuous (no-sag) springs at the base, providing robust support and lasting comfort. The backing, where cushions are attached, features durable webbing to deliver subtle yet firm support.
Foam Seating
We use premium, dual-layered, high-density foam in all seat cushions. Foam is a key component of a sofa’s comfort and longevity, and we prioritize quality over cost-cutting. Our cushions strike the perfect balance between firmness and softness to suit Australian preferences, offering "just right" comfort. Over time, foam cushions naturally soften by 10–15%, enhancing their comfort without compromising structure.
Our products comply with current flammability safety standards, are family-safe, and are free from formaldehyde. We select materials with low VOC content to ensure a healthy home environment.
Down Seating
Down-filled cushions are carefully crafted with a foam-to-down ratio for optimal comfort and durability. This balance prevents long-term deformation while delivering the luxurious feel customers expect.
Our down is sourced responsibly as a byproduct of the food industry and audited annually by the Feather and Down Association. For those who prefer non-down alternatives, we’ve developed a high-quality polyfill that mimics the plush feel of down cushions.
Center Support Leg
The center support leg under our sofas is designed to provide additional weight distribution when the sofa is in use. It may not touch the ground when the sofa is unoccupied, which is entirely normal.
Fabrics
Our fabric collections include a variety of natural and synthetic materials tailored to suit US homes. We work with trusted vendors to ensure all fabrics are rigorously tested for durability and longevity. Unlike promotional furniture with uncertified fabrics prone to early wear, our certified materials are designed to withstand years of use, providing a lasting investment for your home.
