Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Intuition Decor ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in the State of Michigan, USA. They govern your access to and use of intuitiondecor.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products through it.

By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use this Site or place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

The Site is intended for personal and commercial furniture purchases within the United States and Canada. If you are located elsewhere, contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

You may browse and check out as a guest, or create an account to save your details, track orders, and access order history faster.

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount, including applicable tax and shipping.

For Affirm and Afterpay financing, your agreement is directly with that provider and subject to their own terms and credit approval process, not this agreement.

Custom orders, including sofas built to your selected fabric, size, or configuration, are manufactured specifically for you after a 1-business-day confirmation window. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping damage, as detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We strongly recommend ordering free fabric swatches before placing a custom order to confirm your color and material choice.

Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where we have expressly agreed to insure the shipment, in which case we bear responsibility for damage or loss until delivery, as described in our shipping and returns policies.

Returns, cancellations, refund timelines, and warranty coverage are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, illustrations, and the overall design, is owned by or licensed to Intuition Decor and protected under US and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use, such as saving a product photo to share with a partner before purchase.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

If you submit a review, photo, video, or other content to the Site or tag us on social media, you grant Intuition Decor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in our marketing, on the Site, and across our social channels.

You are solely responsible for content you submit. We reserve the right to remove any content that is false, misleading, offensive, or violates these Terms, without notice.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Product colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person; we recommend ordering free swatches to confirm before purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuition Decor and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intuition Decor from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before pursuing formal legal action, we ask that you first contact us at legal@intuitiondecor.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Most disputes are resolved this way within a few business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be settled through binding arbitration on an individual basis, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law or where either party seeks injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on the Site or, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
