Frequently Asked Questions

Still having questions? Visit our FAQs page or Contact Us page

How Long could I receive my order?

We stock in Califronia and depending on where you are, it takes 2-8 working days to get your cloud sofa in US. It might get a bit delay during peak seasons like black friday promotion when we have large volumn of orders to proceed.

Multi-density cushioning?

The seat, back, and armrests use layered high-density foam over solid panels. The different layers interact to create a comfortable, spring-like support that keeps its shape without feeling stiff.

Do you offer product warranty?

Yes, every purchase includes a complimentary 1-year manufacturer warranty. Should you have any manufacturer issue with our product, we offer free repair, refund or exchange.

Easy to reconfigure?

Yes. The modular design lets you easily separate or connect the pieces. It works great as a compact two-seater for smaller apartments or as a base set to expand into a larger sectional later.

What kind of frame material is used?

Beneath the plush cushioning lies a solid, kiln-dried wood frame built for long-term stability. It is engineered to maintain its structural integrity and comfortably handle heavy, daily use for years to come.
