Frequently Asked Questions
Still having questions? Visit our FAQs page or Contact Us page
How Long could I receive my order?
We stock in California and depending on where you are, it takes 3-7 working days to get your cloud sofa in US. It might get a bit delay during peak seasons like black friday promotion when we have large volumn of orders to proceed.
Down for fiber-fill?
Our down cushions are soft and luxurious. Models that are made from down feathers are intentionally built with a foam/down ratio that delivers the most sensual comfort experience, whilst delivering visual and comfort performance for years to come. If you use too much down, the seat will be deformed in years to come, if you use too little down, the sofa will not exhibit the amazing comfort people expect from feathers.
Do you offer product warranty?
Yes, every purchase includes a complimentary 1-year manufacturer warranty. Should you have any manufacturer issue with our product, we offer free repair, refund or exchange.
Is the cover washable/changable?
Yes, the covers for cozyee sofa is washable and we offer a wide range of colors and fabrics if you need to change the cover. Contact us for more details
What makes the Cozyee sectional's upholstery stand out?
The Cozyee is upholstered in a premium linen-blended fabric that offers a highly breathable, natural texture while remaining incredibly durable. We also utilize a sustainable, fluorine-free water-repellent coating, making it an eco-friendly and safe choice for homes with kids and pets.
Is there a tracking link?
Yes. A tracking link will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation, sent from us by email or SMS. Any lost, damaged, or delayed shipments are covered in full. Feel free to track your order with this link: Track My Order-service
