I got this couch in April and wanted to wait to see how it would hold up, it has not flattened at all it is the perfect amount of softness without it sinking in. I have fluffed it from time to time. I got the white one and was scared about the stains at first but they come out just fine in the washer and the couch color is fully changeable if I ever want another style. It comes in multiple well packed packages and the couch it’s self is super light, I can barely hold a pack of water bottles and I could carry the modular part of the couch myself. Would highly recommend!

LOVE the sectional! It arrived ASAP. Its snow white like a cloud and it feels like a cloud to sit on. The sofa pillows are a bt less fluffy than the ottomans which is odd so maybe they should address that. BUT for the price and the style and the comfort you cannot beat this sofa. We bought a 9 piece sectional and may buy another for another home even bigger! I am very picky and have a high level of knowledge as to what is good or not....this one passes even my test!
